Meet Britney Hazleton

Executive Assistant

Britney Hazleton, or as Ryan calls her, B Unit, B-Force, B-B-B-Britney joined the team in November 2025 as an Executive Assistant. In that short time, she’s become more than just Ryan’s second handler (yes, he needs more than one). She is a skilled chaos coordinator, wrangling Ryan’s thoughts, pinning down schedules, managing two inboxes, proofing scripts and other client and company-related materials, planning office events, offering up some Monday motivation, and streamlining internal processes.

While Britney can’t convince Ryan to tone down his caffeine intake, she is able to dust off her Communication Studies degree from Wilkes University and keep everything else in line. Her background in writing, public relations, and various styles of communication form the perfect foundation for what is quickly becoming a Vibe Manager role.

Beyond the office, Britney and her husband have three beautiful children. After the birth of their daughter in the spring of 2018, they chose to add onto their family by adoption through the foster care system. Their little girl officially gained two big brothers - one in May of 2024, and one in January of 2025. The adoption process was an eye-opening experience that has forever changed how Britney views the world. She’s made it her mission to advocate for foster children through the Statewide Adoption Network (SWAN) whenever possible.

Aside from her family, Britney is a woman with varied interests. You can often find her at her favorite places - Barnes & Noble, Hillside Farms, Knoebel’s Amusement Resort, and Brown Hill Farms. She enjoys cooking, baking, puzzling, reading, coloring, watching movies, and singing karaoke. She is constantly finding ways to offer a light when others are dealing with darkness, and she’s shining bright at Ryan Leckey Media.
