Mollie Boyd

Mollie Boyd is the Executive Assistant at Ryan Leckey Media—and often referred to as Ryan’s right arm. As the go-to for scheduling, contracts, deliveries, and most importantly, ordering the snacks, Mollie keeps the entire operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

She’s typically the first RLM team member new clients meet, bringing a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented energy to every project. Mollie graduated from The University of Scranton in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, where she also served as Vice President of the Marketing Honors Society.

Outside of work, Mollie stays deeply involved in her community—volunteering with several nonprofits, teaching dance, and choreographing local musicals. In her downtime, you’ll find her reading, sewing, or spending quality time with friends and family.
