With a degree in Film/Video from Penn State and a minor in English, Nicole brings a powerful blend of creative vision and sharp communication skills to every project she tackles. Her passion for storytelling—shaped by hands-on experience in both independent film and digital media—drives her approach to content creation from concept to completion.

As a Content Producer at Ryan Leckey Media, Nicole wears many hats: editing compelling video content, managing social media accounts, brainstorming creative marketing ideas, and assisting on set. Her versatility and ability to pivot between the technical and the imaginative help keep the team’s output polished, engaging, and always on-brand. Whether she's coordinating a content calendar or crafting a clever Instagram Reel, Nicole brings a collaborative mindset and a thoughtful approach to storytelling.

Nicole's career has taken her from assisting on film sets and casting for original series to directing short films and managing production logistics. She’s held roles ranging from 1st Assistant Director to Director of Programming, and she’s been trusted with everything from high-profile partnerships to artist interviews. With each new role, Nicole continues to grow her toolkit and deepen her understanding of how great stories are built—and how they connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
