Our approach to Real Estate and Development Marketing.

1 / 4

Aerial property and site photography

FAA licensed drone photography and video that shows acreage, access, surrounding development, and the things a ground level photo cannot: the single biggest differentiator in a crowded listing feed.

Development and pre-leasing campaigns

Renderings, flyover video, project sites, and targeted campaigns aimed at prospective tenants and buyers well before certificate of occupancy.

Construction progress documentation

Recurring aerial and ground documentation on a schedule, packaged for investors, lenders, and marketing use.

Brokerage brand and agent recruiting

Employer brand video and targeted campaigns aimed at producing agents, plus the consistent identity that makes a brokerage look like the one to join.

Real Estate and Development Marketing questions.

Does drone photography help sell property faster?

It helps most where the ground level photo undersells the asset: acreage, waterfront, commercial sites, multi-building properties, and anything where location relative to a highway or landmark is the selling point. For a standard interior-heavy listing it matters less than good interior photography.

Do you need permission to fly a drone over a property?

We need the property owner or manager authorization for the operation, and FAA airspace authorization if the site sits in controlled airspace. We handle both as part of the job and we fly Part 107 licensed and insured, which property managers routinely ask to see.

How can real estate developers market new projects?

Developers can use professional photography, drone footage, video, websites, digital advertising, and social media to showcase properties, explain the vision behind a project, and reach potential buyers, tenants, or investors.

What marketing content works best for real estate projects?

High-quality photography, drone video, property tours, construction updates, renderings, neighborhood content, and project storytelling can help people better understand the property and its value.

Can RLM help market a property before construction is finished?

Yes. Marketing can begin well before completion using renderings, aerial footage, development updates, branding, websites, and paid campaigns to build awareness and interest during the construction process.
