Superheroes of Small Business

Hey Fam! I’m psyched for a new episode of the Ryan Leckey Show featuring business guru Brii Florovito. She’s a superhero of small businesses in Northeastern Pennsylvania… including my own. She played a big part in getting my start-up off the ground… couldn’t have done it without her!

Brii is part of the IGNITE program under the Scranton Chamber of Commerce. The IGNITE Program in Lackawanna County works with Chambers of Commerce and Incubator spaces all over Pennsylvania. Its mission? To successfully help local entrepreneurs. Their goal is to take your ideas and help you build a thriving business. As Brii states: “They don't want people living in fear and inaction, they want to help entrepreneurs live their dreams.”

In this episode, Brii and I chat about so many different things, from who may be eligible to what it takes to apply. Anyone interested in starting their own business is encouraged to check out our podcast and learn how to reach out to IGNITE. No one left behind! Even if your business is already established, they can still help by pointing you in the right direction.

Brii and I talk about some of the benefits of starting your small business with the IGNITE Program, things like writing business plans, locating an office space, and having legal and professional consultants on hand. PLUS built-in networking connections of nearly 1500 members of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce, intensive mentoring programs, publicity through social events, and more!
